Role Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Senior International Business Development and Sales Manager with10-20 years of experience in the IT industry. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, driving growth strategies, building client relationships, and leading the sales team.This position involves get it done approach. You need to have strong industry connections and a lead database with you and also have the prior experience of being a part of a startup, in bringing business to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Lead generation in international markets and domestic market (US, UK, Australia, Middle East, Asia etc.) using personal network and connection.
- Convert leads into clients to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Technical team to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client needs.
- Provide marketing and branding strategies for company growth.
- Ensure monthly targets are met.
- Promote the company and look for new business opportunities.
- Report to the Director directly with weekly/monthly sales updates/reports.
Requirements:
- 10-20 years of experience in IT services sales, with a focus on international markets and domestic market.
- Proficiency in outbound lead generation using personal connects and so on are MUST.
- Experience in managing a sales team and meeting monthly targets.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, and business strategy.
- Experience or enthusiasm for working in a startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
