Role and Responsibilities:

Incidents, Problems & Service request resolution adhering to SLA

Implementation of system change requests and releases.

Perform Root cause analysis & Impact assessments.

Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during Project Deployment / support cycles

Test case / test data preparation and testing of application & change releases.

Document day to day tasks and related processes to prepare a knowledge base of support activities

Requirement understanding & data gathering

Interface & Monitoring

Good experience on Project Implementation and Rollouts.

Configuration of SAP FI, CO modules in IMG based on business requirements

Specify and document change requests (business process specification)
