What You'll Do- Engage with prospective learners: Understand their aspirations, provide tailored advice, and help them choose the right program to achieve their career goals.

- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with communication, product, and operations teams to improve outreach strategies and refine program offerings.
- Leverage data-driven insights: Analyze learner data and pipeline trends to optimize the student experience and ensure continuous improvement in our processes.

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, education, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, with the ability to connect and engage with a wide range of students.
- Proficiency in using a CRM and sales tools.
- A genuine desire to help learners succeed and make an impact on their careers.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills to assess learner needs and suggest the best learning paths for them.
- Ability to reach out to a substantial number of potential prospects in a fast-paced environment, while making meaningful conversations.
- Demonstrates ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move the lead through pipeline stages.
- An entrepreneurial spirit to work in a start-up culture with a diverse talent pool.
