Job Summary:-
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within our manufacturing facility. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR within an industrial or factory setting and possess excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:-- Recruitment & Staffing
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for factory positions (operators, supervisors, engineers, etc.).
Develop hiring strategies to attract skilled labour and reduce turnover.
Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.- Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
Act as a bridge between management and employees to resolve workplace issues.
Promote a positive work environment and address grievances effectively.
Organize employee engagement and welfare programs.- Compliance & Labor Laws
Ensure compliance with labour laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Liaise with government and regulatory bodies on compliance matters.- Performance Management & Training
Implement and manage performance evaluation processes.
Develop and execute training and development programs for employees.
Identify skill gaps and arrange technical and soft skills training.- Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management in coordination with the finance team.
Administer employee benefits, health insurance, and welfare programs.- Health & Safety
Collaborate with the safety team to ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety standards.
Support accident prevention initiatives and handle worker compensation claims.
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with union negotiations and collective bargaining.
Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
