Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer Full Stack NodeJS to join our Client's amazing team. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Delhi or Gurgaon. The candidate should have between 7 to 10 years of work experience in software development, with a strong focus on Node.js and problem solving. If you have the skill set to lead a team, develop robust software solutions, and manage projects, we'd love to hear from you.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficient and effective solutions (Mandatory skill - NodeJS+Javascript)
• Extensive experience in Node.js and a deep understanding of its core principles
• Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer with the ability to manage and guide teams
• Proficiency in designing, building, and managing REST APIs
• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager or equivalent role
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycles and various software architecture patterns
• Experience in designing and working with distributed systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams

• Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions
• Oversee the work of junior engineers, ensuring best practices in software development are maintained
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and other backend services
• Build scalable and robust systems that meet the high-performance requirements of our clients
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the engineering team
• Identify and address potential software performance issues
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet our stringent quality standards
