With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Provide technical support to clients and resolve their issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and maintain records of client interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
- Conduct system testing and assist in the implementation of software updates and patches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with incident management tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
