Client Notes:

• Managing employee profiles, employee queries - Workday and ServiceNow experience is a MUST
• Will be building and optimizing Workday some with coding experience will be preferred
• Monday to Wednesday
• must work onsite, Thursday and Friday
• work from home
• 40 hours per week
• 9am - 6 pm IST ( 3 days working from office)
• Should be ready to work in flex hours for the remaining 2 days to overlap 2-3 hours with AMER & EMEA regions.

Duties:

Client is looking for a HR Operations Specialist to work on the HR Connect Team, supporting India HR Projects. This position will report to Shanti and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.

• This position calls for someone who possesses a good HR Service background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Build strong relationships with other HR teams to coordinate workflow, processes, and communication with key stakeholders; ensure seamless hand-off of processes and deliverables
• Support multiple and concurrent ad hoc requests and regional projects for getting our HR Operations team, future ready.
• Provide employees with exceptional service regarding Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR related inquiries through resolution accountability
• Manages and provides early intervention and support for the resolution to issues as they are identified and helps to implement long-term solutions.
• Perform other HR operational service delivery activities and tasks such as data entry, employment verification requests, coordination with payroll, and overall maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrityand other tasks as assigned
• Ensure employee data is up to date, accurate and compliant within our HR system

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR functions including benefits, payroll, HR programs etc.
• Workday and ServiceNow experience is a must.
• Experience analyzing organizational needs, set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced, developing environment
• Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions regionally and globally
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels in an organization
• High level of accuracy and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to address immediate employee needs while maintaining a view to long term goals and the organization's vision and objectives with a continuous improvement mindset.

Education:

BA/BS degree or equivalent of 3+ years of progressive HR Operations experience in a technology organization or technology-related business, preferably with a multinational company (MNC)
