As a Business Development Associate/Inside Sales Associate,You no will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- 6- 1years of experience in EdTech sales or business development ( freshers can also apply )
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Revenue-driven attitude and entrepreneurial spirit

Probation Period:
During the period of probation your monthly CTC will be INR 15,000 + incentives upto INR 10,000.
Full - Time Employment:
Compensation Offered:
Fixed CTC - INR 360,000 LPA plus a Variable CTC - INR 250,000 LPA which is uncapped as of date.
