We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Manager to join our team in Vadodara. This is a mid-level, full-time position suitable for professionals with a strong background in mechanical engineering and design. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design projects, mentoring a team of engineers, and ensuring the quality and innovation of our transformer products.

Exprience : 8 to 10 years in TRANSFORMER Industry

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent relevant educational background.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) for design and analysis work.
• Strong project management skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Experience in team leadership and mentoring, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design challenges.
• Expertise in creating and understanding technical drawings and specifications.
• Product development experience with a focus on innovation and quality improvement.
• Strong management skills to effectively manage and motivate the design team.

• Manage and lead the mechanical design team to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Oversee the development and design of transformer products, from concept to completion.
• Use CAD software to create and review detailed design drawings and models.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure designs meet technical, cost, and manufacturing requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Identify and implement improvements in design processes and product quality.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all design activities.
