Data Privacy Security Operations Specialist

Job Description

Location: @ Client site in Noida

• Data discovery management and Consent management.
• Data Subject Rights (DSR) management.
• Overall Privacy Operations Management using Securiti.ai as a platform.
• Working with various stakeholders w.r.t privacy requirements.
• Work with DLP / CASB and other data protection teams on various aspects of security PII.
• Work with Security Incident Management teams in case of possible breaches where PII is involved.
• Work with platform provider (currently securiti.ai) for any issues, escalations etc.
• Work with stakeholders where any other platform is involved for e.g., data discovery at endpoint where existing platform may not have support / integration.
• Participate in client, compliance and regulatory audit and provide support to various business stakeholders.
• Participate in addressing new/existing customer requirements w.r.t Privacy management and/or compliance.
• Represent team in any meetings etc. as and when required.
• Supporting with the administration of privacy data assets across the organization.
• Ensuring the use of privacy data assets adheres to prescribed Privacy Framework, and relevant policies, standards, and controls.
• Support the stakeholders in Privacy Impact Assessments.
• Report risks, issues, and performance to the stakeholders.
• Generation of reports / dashboards for stakeholders on regular / need basis.
• Assist in developing training and educational materials around privacy practices and compliance.

• 3+ years of managing / operating a Privacy Management platform (either Securiti.ai or OneTrust).
• 2 Years in Privacy Management Domain.
• Experience administering Securiti.ai or OneTrust for privacy management.
• Understanding of data management and privacy risk concepts.
• Knowledge and understanding of the GDPR, and other privacy regulations.
• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of technical and non-technical business stakeholders. Ability to articulate a business issue without resorting to technical language.
• Time management skills, Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• You have independently conducted at least one PIA exercise.
• Good understanding of Data Protection, good understanding of Cybersecurity.

• Graduate with some IT background
• Experience of working in a global organization
• Privacy credentials (e.g., CIPP / CIPM)
