Regional Sales Manager – Bancassurance

Job Description

Brief Description:

1. Achieve assigned sales targets for the cluster through effective sales planning and execution.
2. Drive bancassurance business by engaging with bank branch staff and customers.
3. Ensure consistent growth in Life Insurance premiums and other KPIs.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with bank leadership and branch staff to promote the bancassurance business.
5. Provide regular training and support to bank staff on Life Insurance products and processes.
6. Act as a point of contact for resolving partner and customer queries.
7. Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers or Relationship Managers to ensure performance and productivity.
8. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and align strategies.
9. Motivate and mentor the team to meet individual and cluster targets.
10. Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with business objectives.
11. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in the assigned cluster.
12. Monitor and analyze sales trends to provide recommendations for improvement.
13. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
14. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and performance reports.
15. Submit periodic reports to higher management on sales progress and market insights.
