We are seeking a User Acquisition & Digital Marketing Associate to drive our growth through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and other digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance data and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Research and explore new paid marketing channels to expand user acquisition efforts.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in user acquisition via Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in mobile app marketing or AdTech is a plus.
