Inventa Cleantec Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products and services.

Your persuasive communication skills and ability to build rapport will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products and services.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for representatives.
  • Maintain and update customer database and activity reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the products and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
