About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive at AIFA Labs, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by identifying and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, strategic research, and client relationship management to position AIFA Labs as a leader in the AI industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Sourcing and Management:
  • Identify and source accurate contact details of decision-makers from platforms such as LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google, and offline networks.
  • Maintain an organized database using internal templates and systems for efficient lead management.
  1. Sales Meetings:
  • Conduct detailed research on potential clients to prepare for impactful meetings.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to:
  • Understand the challenges and needs of client businesses.
  • Present AiFA Labs as the ideal solution by leveraging relevant case studies.
  • Identify and generate client business requirements.
  1. Sales Proposals:
  • Develop customized presentations and proposals based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations team (Business Analysts) to draft precise proposals.
  1. Client Coordination:
  • Professionally draft and maintain email communications to document all client interactions.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and the operations team from contract initiation to project completion.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Persuasion and selling expertise.
  • Strong negotiation, questioning, and active listening skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Additional Attributes:

  • Strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel across India.
