- Troubleshoot and resolve software and application issues.
- Document client issues and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide proactive support.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Strong understanding of IT support principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting software and application issues.
- Knowledge of remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Graduation degree is required.
