Job Description

We are looking for Admin executive for Real Estate firm.

Work Location : Perumbakkam, Chennai
Gender : Female
Experience : 1 to 2yrs
Working days : 6 days working & 1 day rotational off

Salary : upto 3.5lpa

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficient in office management, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
  • Effective time management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer service skills, providing helpful and friendly assistance to clients and team members
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Handle communication with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the office is adequately stocked
