Profile Summary
As a CRM, your primary role will be to manage relationships, with the clients, architect and interior decorator community.
You will be responsible for researching activities and on-going projects of architects and interior decorators.
You will grow the prospect list of clients, maintain robust presale activities, and ensure that prospective clients are well engaged.
Job Description
Continuous market research related to ongoing interior decoration projects and building the database of prospective clients (architects and interior decorators). Connecting with prospective clients to arrange meetings with design and project advisors.
Ensuring that the brand team is engaging with prospective clients on continued basis.
Regularly tracking inquiries on different social media platforms and filtering them before sharing with Project Advisors. Education Any Graduate Skill Set
Over 1 year of experience in lead generation, research through social media and the internet, and presales activities.
Ability to headhunt and identify high profile architects and interior decorators Looking for solutions to problems.
Proficiency in CRM software and web services Soft Skill & Personality Trait
Excellent communication skills with a well-groomed and pleasant demeanour.
Strong sense of honesty and integrity, with a commitment to high work ethics.
Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
