Job Description:

We&aposre looking for an HR Analyst to provide data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will analyze HR data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to improve HR processes and programs.

1. Bachelor&aposs Degree
2. 1-4 Years of Experience in a related field.
3. *Analytical Skills*: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
4. Power BI tool (Mandate)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze HR Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, including workforce demographics, turnover, and employee engagement.
2. Develop Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders, including HR leaders, managers, and executives.
3. Identify Trends and Insights: Identify trends and insights from HR data and develop recommendations to improve HR processes and programs.
4. Support HR Initiatives: Collaborate with HR teams to support initiatives, such as talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
5. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. Special Projects: Participate in special projects, such as HR system implementations, process improvements, and organizational design.
