Role Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our banking team as Computer Operators and Back Office Executives. The role involves managing data entry, documentation, and assisting in smooth banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle data entry tasks with accuracy.
2. Maintain and organize banking records and documents.
3. Assist in daily operational tasks, including account management and customer service support.
4. Operate banking software and systems efficiently.
5. Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Freshers welcome; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
