Location: Borivali West or Malad West, Mumbai (Onsite)Working hours: 8 TO 5 PM (might change with similar range of working hours)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic STEM Educator with a background in Computer Science (MCA, BCA, B.Tech, etc.) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with school students (Grades 1-12) and will be responsible for delivering innovative STEM education in a fun, gamified way.This role involves teaching subjects such as block coding, Python, Robotics, 3D printing, Electronics, Drones, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Mentoring:
Conduct engaging and interactive STEM classes, covering topics like block coding, Python, Robotics, 3D printing, Electronics, and Drones.
Foster a fun and positive learning environment using gamified teaching methods to make STEM subjects accessible and enjoyable for young students.- Resource Development:
Develop and adapt innovative educational resources and lesson plans that cater to the learning needs and interests of school students.
Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure the content aligns with educational standards and best practices.- Technical Documentation:
- Event Management:
Plan, organize, and conduct STEM-related events, workshops, and competitions to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Prepare students for participation in STEM competitions, providing guidance, support, and motivation.- Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in STEM education and integrate them into teaching practices.
Provide feedback on existing programs and suggest improvements to enhance the quality of education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (MCA, BCA, B.Tech, etc.).
- Strong foundational knowledge in programming languages (Python, block coding) and passion for emerging technologies (Robotics, 3D printing, Electronics, Drones).
- Passion for teaching and working with young students, with the ability to make complex concepts simple and fun.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging, interactive learning experiences.
- Prior experience in education or working with children is mandatory.
