Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Site Supervision:

• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.

• Budget and Cost Management:
• Prepare cost estimates, track expenses, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and procurement requests.

• Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, and vendors.
