Amazon India is looking for highly customer obsessed, dynamic, highly skilled and innovative program manager to own complex and challenging initiatives to drive significant impact on Delivery Speed and CX. . The ideal candidate is a data-driven self-starter with experience in project management, having strong track record of delivering results and a drive for challenging the status quo on processes.
The program manager will work closely with both internal and external partners to propose strategies and drive alignment with diverse set of stakeholders and manage implementation of identified initiatives, some of them could be greenfield ideas.This will require a willingness to dive into the details, solve new problems as they arise, leverage high judgment and gut instinct, and look around corners.
The successful candidate should have the ability to work at all levels of detail to accomplish team/organization goals.
Some of the key result areas include, but not limited to:- Defining Speed strategies and aligning priorities with partner teams to execute them
- Think Big and innovative to identify high impact projects to deliver large impact
- Deep Dive into complex problems, analyze large datasets and information/feedback from diverse set of stakeholders, to drive logical inferences and actions
- Define project charter, design scorecards, publish project updates/newsletters and track progress.
- Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
- Designing and developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple teams.

About the team
IN Consumer Speed team is responsible for driving Speed initiatives with business, Supply Chain, Product & Seller teams. This team serves as a Speed SME, provides strategic guidance, formulates & owns joint goals on key Speed input metrics. Team owns initiatives and projects to continuously improve Speed for Amazon India.- 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
