Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Next Realtor located in Gurugram. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.They will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and create a positive work environment.
Qualifications- Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
- Employee Relations and HR Policy development experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
