About the Role:

As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior consultants, contribute to the development of best practices, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement end-to-end SAP solutions using SAP BTP, UI5, and CAP that align with client needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, ensuring high standards for SAP BTP solutions development, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices, emerging technologies, and new functionalities in the SAP ecosystem.
• Customization & Development: Use UI5 and CAP to develop tailored applications that enhance the user experience and support business processes in SAP environments.
• Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact with clients, understanding business requirements and providing expert advice on technical capabilities and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (business analysts, project managers, developers, and testers) to deliver high-quality SAP solutions within project timelines.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior consultants and team members on SAP BTP best practices, development techniques, and problem-solving approaches.
• Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest SAP BTP innovations and industry trends, incorporating new technologies into client solutions as appropriate.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience working with SAP BTP, UI5, and CAP with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying SAP applications.
• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fiori, UI5, CAP, and other related SAP BTP technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and cloud-native development practices is highly desirable.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Client Interaction: Strong client-facing experience, with a proven ability to understand business needs and deliver results through technical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: SAP certifications in SAP BTP, UI5, CAP, or related areas are a plus.

Education:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
