We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager for our fabric sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing operations for our fabric products across north India. This is a senior position that requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform product development and sales strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and growth.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 8-16 years of experience in fabric sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of the Indian fabric market and current industry trends.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
