Business Development Manager
II.JOB PURPOSE
As a Business Development professional one will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth. This role involves conducting Achieve sales targets, prospecting potential clients, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.The BD Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue generation. Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
III.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Networking ability thru digital platforms like LinkedIn, attend Industry meets for networking and lead generation
Negotiate contracts, Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization,Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events, Provide regular reports
Strong understanding of the staffing industry including Apprenticeship – NAPS / NATS / BVoC & Contractual Manpower
Achieve sales targets, proven track record of success in BD within the staffing industry in geography of Noida & NCR.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office is must.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications- 3-5 yrs. of Experience in similar role.
- Must have Strong knowledge and experience in Domestic Staffing.
- Expertise & knowledge in Sales & BD in Staffing.
- Should be passionate about sales & have the drive to chase numbers.
- Strong in communication with external & internal stakeholders.
