Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our
sales team in delivering cutting-edge AI and digital transformation solutions to B2B
industrial clients. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of proposals, client
communication, and sales operations to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between the sales, technical, and product
teams, contributing to the growth of our business by supporting enterprise-level
digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to
create tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts that showcase our
AI-driven solutions and digital transformation services to industrial clients.- Client Engagement: Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients to
provide timely responses to inquiries, updates on proposal status, and other
client communications.- Sales Enablement: Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process,
product demonstrations, and client follow-ups.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, data science,
and product teams to ensure that sales proposals align with the technical and
operational capabilities of our platform.
Market and Client Research: Conduct market research to identify potential
leads in key industries such as Cement, Steel, FMCG, Chemicals, Pharma,Automobile etc.
- Order Processing: Ensure the accurate processing of sales orders and
contracts, facilitating the smooth implementation of digital transformation
projects.- Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular sales performance reports,
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and preparing for client meetings,
trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events related to AI and digital
transformation solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the technology,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with industrial B2B markets and digital transformation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with
cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with digital transformation, AI, or IoT solutions.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, particularly within industrial sectors like
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, data analytics platforms, or
enterprise-level software sales.
