Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Ad Sales Specialist with a strong background in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, and ad inventory monetisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing ad sales deals with agencies, brands, and direct advertisers while also ensuring the optimisation of our publisher inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximise ad revenue through direct deals, programmatic sales, and partnerships.
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with advertisers and agencies, positioning our platform as a key advertising channel.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in brands and agencies to secure long-term advertising contracts.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to pitch and sell high-value advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
Google Ad Manager & Inventory Optimisation
  • Manage and optimise Google Ad Manager (GAM) to maximise ad fill rates, eCPM, and overall revenue.
  • Ensure seamless programmatic and direct ad sales operations, including PMP (Private Marketplace) and Preferred Deals.
  • Implement best practices in ad serving, header bidding, and audience targeting to enhance yield.
Performance Tracking & Compliance
  • Analyze and report on ad sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and revenue metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all ad sales activities comply with Googles advertising policies, industry standards, and brand safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales, preferably in media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
  • Strong network and relationships with advertisers, agencies, and demand-side partners.
  • In-depth understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), Google Ads, PPC, programmatic buying, and RTB (Real-Time Bidding).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ad sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to pitch and close high-value deals.
