Job Description
  • Analyze existing compensation data : To provide informed recommendations to standardise pay components.
  • System Implementation and Maintenance :Collaborate with IT, internal and external vendor teams to customize systems to meet organizational needs. Ensure seamless integration and alignment between HRMS, Payroll and C&B modules. Monitor system performance, pro-actively trouble shoot issues and oversee ongoing maintenance.
  • Process Optimisation : Develop and document standard operating procedures for Compensation & Benefits systems and processes. Automate manual processes and implement workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Data Analytics :Generate data analytics and reporting to provide insights into workforce trends, costs and ROI of benefits programs.
  • Annual Increment and Variable Pay Cycle :Run the Annual Increment and Variable Pay cycle
  • Compensation Management : System generation and Issuance of Annual Rewards & Promotion Letters
  • Statutory changes : Stay abreast of emerging trends impacting compensation practices and propose implementation solutions aligned with company policies.
  • Market benchmarking of Compensation : Participate in market Benchmarking periodically, use the data to design and update Pay Ranges.
  • Compensation Structure : Support the benchmarking of Compensation structure with Market periodically and suggest Pay Structure for relevant management cadre.
  • Special Projects: Design and Implementation of Special projects time to time.
