We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Domestic Telesales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, Telugu, and Kannada, and will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, and generating sales.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi, English, Telugu, and Kannada.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate sales and meet sales targets.
• Provide product information and solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals.

• Fluency in Hindi, English, Telugu, and Kannada.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service.
