We are seeking a National Service Delivery Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to our clients across India.

• Develop and implement service delivery strategies to ensure high-quality service to clients
• Ensure that all service level agreements are met
• Manage and lead a team of service delivery managers
• Monitor and report on service delivery performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and address any issues that may arise

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in service delivery management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of service delivery processes and best practices
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience in the Indian job market context is preferred
