Teamware is hiring for Sr. Community & Social Support Consultant role

Sr. Community and Social Support Consultant
JD:
Formulate and lead community strategy to increase engagement on the community and social channels.
Listen to and monitor all social media outlets: forums, sites, etc. on daily basis and post/respond on particular topics or in response to other posts/comments and handling respective escalations if any.
Answering questions/queries around products that aren't working right for the customer.
Developing deep understanding of software technology, features and audiences to effectively translate and represent our products on social media.
Establish new and maintain existing social media relationships by proactively engaging in discussions surrounding our content, products and brand.
Coordinating across teams to lead the design, development and execution of a wide range of high quality social media content to augment marketing campaigns with audience engagement and organically amplified reach.
Discovering and introducing new social media outlets thereby contributing to social media presence.
Convey a sense of community and build our following based on valuable content and mutual sharing.
What you need to succeed
Skills and Characteristics:
Support experience in a technical process would be most preferable.
Should have basic technical troubleshooting skills and OS knowledge
Strong written communication skills are necessary, with an emphasis on grammar / spelling excellence
Demonstrated self-starter with the willingness to work cooperatively across teams to drive multiple projects and work streams.
Ability to interact with many people and multiple interruptions while staying on task.
Good judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive topics.
Knowledge & Technical Skills Required- 6 years demonstrated professional experience in a technical role.
Deep understanding of Windows operating systems, macOS, Android and iOS knowledge desired.
Experience with managing software deployments across organization if a big plus.
In-depth understanding of product installation will be preferred.
Independent, self-motivated work and learning style, focused on staying current with emerging technologies.
Excellent English written and oral communications skills a must.
