Service Delivery Leader - Bangalore

1. Job Title: Service Delivery and Audit Lead
2. Job Description:

1. Managing delivery of accounting, statutory compliance and audit services to our clients through our team members.
2. Directly managing a small portfolio of clients for service delivery.
3. Interacting with clients, as and when required, in order to ensure timely service delivery.
4. Regular review of team members output to ensure >99% accuracy of output to the clients.
5. Contributing to the enhancement of the team's knowledge level.
6. Find, discuss, and implement ways to improve the team's accuracy of output, and productivity.

1. Office/Work Location: Krishnappa Layout, Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru - 560035
2. Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday 10 am - 1.30 pm
3. Working Days: As above
4. Male/Female Preference: Male preferred
5. WFH or Work from Office: Work from office only
6. Field Visit or Office Job: Mostly office job.
7. Salary Package: CTC Range of Rs. 4.2- 6.0 Lakh per annum (Based on profile assessment of candidate). Bonus - based on performance (Up to 1 month's annual base pay). No PF applicability.
8. Weekly Off - Sunday, and last Saturday of every month.
9. Age limit: Below 45 years.
10. Education Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA / CA / CMA / Semi Qualified CA (not pursuing the course any longer)
11. Experience: 2-5 years of work experience (dependent on education background). Preferred to having a team managing experience.

• Ability to manage a team of 2-6 members.
• Positive and ownership attitude for service delivery.
• Deep knowledge and hands on with accounting fundamentals, including audit principles.
• Hands-on experience with some of the popular accounting platforms, e.g. Tally, Zoho

• Familiarity with payroll processing fundamentals.
• Hands on with TDS and GST principles in various transactions.
• Ability to correlate and reconcile data.
• Excellent communication skills in English (as the work requires interacting with foreign clients as well).
• Mindset of Accuracy (i.e. No to Errors).
• Be an active contributor to the growth of the business, through excellence in service delivery.
• Mindset of long term association.
