Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Supply Chain Planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kinaxis Rapid Response and extensive experience in supply chain planning and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in supply chain planning business process and requirement discussions with clients.
- Collaborate with clients as a Consulting Professional to design, implement, and build solutions.
- Define project requirements, create user stories, project plans, and solution design documents.
- Provide estimates to project managers for complex work and resource requirements.
- Participate in customer liaison activities to ensure project success.
- Draft client proposals, set objectives, and create action plans.
Requirements:
- Engineering Degree or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- In-depth process knowledge of Supply Chain Planning/Optimization.
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and leading solutioning of workstreams such as Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
- Client-facing experience is preferred.
