The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and Clients in finance industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Taking care of the pre-disbursal and post-disbursal compliance.
Financial product into the sale of Vehicle Loans (2W).
Should be thorough with 2W and 3W processes.
Strong time management and prioritization skills and the ability to deliver effectively under pressure.
Should coordinate with area CSMs and ASMs of Bajaj and Hero
Should enter into new markets.
Identifying the negative areas and gradually reducing the files.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
Should have Sales experience with the Auto Finance or banking industry. In the banking industry, the relevant experience should be with vehicle loan disbursement/collections 2. Should be thorough with 2W and 3W processes.
Must be confident, well-organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.
Strong time management and prioritization skills and the ability to deliver effectively under pressure.
Experience In Auto Finance
8+ years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary as per industry standards
