Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager located in Bengaluru. The Program Manager will oversee and manage the implementation of educational programs, ensuring they meet the needs of students and align with Schola&aposs goals. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating with faculty, monitoring program progress, and ensuring an optimal learning environment.The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and performance evaluation to ensure the success and continuous improvement of our programs.
Qualifications- Program management, project planning, and operations skills
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
- Experience in educational program development and implementation
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
- Experience in the educational sector is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is desirable
