Job Roles and Responsibilities for State InchargeJob Title: State Resource - Diagnostic Tests and Telemedicine Consultations
Location: Kolkata, Bhubaneswar
Reports to: Regional Head of Operations
Salary: Upto 6 Lacs PA
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
Oversee the execution of diagnostic tests and telemedicine consultations at various bank branches across the state.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.Coordinate with branch officials to facilitate seamless integration of services within the branches.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in diagnostic and telemedicine operations.
- Recruitment and Workforce Management:
Develop and implement workforce management plans to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Roster and Travel Planning:
Plan and coordinate travel for staff members as per pre-approved schedules to ensure timely presence at designated branches.
Monitor and adjust travel plans to address any unforeseen changes or emergencies.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the diagnostic and telemedicine services.
- Service Quality and Targets:
Ensure timely and accurate service of lab equipment, coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed.
Oversee the timely distribution of testing reports to beneficiaries, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Equipment and Medicine Management:
Manage the procurement and distribution of medicines to ensure availability and proper usage.
Maintain inventory records and ensure adherence to storage and handling protocols.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on operational performance, staff productivity, and service quality.
Document all operational processes, incidents, and improvements for future reference and compliance purposes.Provide timely updates and feedback to the Regional Head of Operations and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor&aposs degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience minimum 6-7 years in healthcare operations management, preferably in diagnostic and telemedicine services.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a large team and multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the state as required.
This role requires a dynamic and proactive individual capable of ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining robust relationships, and managing a diverse team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the success of diagnostic and telemedicine services across the state.
