The Role

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation through organic marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various online channels and social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Freelance Platform Management
  • Expertly navigates and bids on freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others to secure new projects.
  • Craft compelling proposals and pitches to attract and win new clients.
  • Maintain and update profiles on freelance platforms to enhance visibility and credibility.
Client Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Sales And Marketing
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Utilize SEO, content marketing, social media, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Communication And Reporting
  • Prepared and delivered presentations and reports to management on lead generation activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback on client interactions and project statuses.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 4 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of Sales, BDM, Bidding and Upwork
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
