We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market of India. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory and staff, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the retail store
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Train and manage staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services offered
• Ensure inventory is managed efficiently and accurately
• Maintain the appearance of the store to ensure it is clean and organized
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions
• Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed by staff

• 0-1 years of experience in a retail supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
