Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented DP-Consultant specializing inAdobe Analyticsto join our growing team. As a key member of the Data and Analytics practice, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Adobe Analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.Your expertise in Adobe Analytics will empower clients to extract actionable insights from their digital data, improve marketing performance, and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for providing strategic guidance, conducting technical implementations, and ensuring that clients maximize the value of their analytics investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adobe Analytics Implementation:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Adobe Analytics for clients. Ensure the successful deployment of Adobe Analytics solutions to meet business needs, ensuring data collection, reporting, and analysis are aligned with client goals.
- Client Consultation & Strategy:Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics strategies. Advise on the best practices for setting up Adobe Analytics, including report suites, data layers, and tracking strategies to ensure accuracy and scalability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:Leverage Adobe Analytics to generate insightful reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs). Help clients make data-driven decisions by providing regular and ad-hoc reporting on digital performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI.
- Tagging & Data Layer Management:Work with development teams to implement and manage tag management systems (TMS) such as Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) or Adobe Launch. Ensure proper tagging is in place for accurate data collection across digital properties.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting:Continuously optimize and troubleshoot Adobe Analytics setups to improve data accuracy, site performance, and reporting quality. Diagnose and resolve implementation issues to ensure a smooth user experience and reliable data tracking.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer:Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on how to use Adobe Analytics effectively. Create and maintain documentation to support clients in the long term, ensuring they can manage and utilize Adobe Analytics independently.
- Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with data engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to integrate Adobe Analytics with other platforms and ensure consistency in data flow across systems (e.g., CRM, A/B testing tools, other Adobe Experience Cloud products).
- Continuous Improvement:Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Adobe Analytics and the broader analytics ecosystem. Proactively suggest enhancements and optimizations to help clients remain ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Adobe Analytics, including expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and related tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch).
- Proficiency in working with web analytics and digital marketing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic sources, user engagement).
- Solid understanding of tagging methodologies and experience working with tag management systems like Adobe Launch, DTM, or Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Adobe Analytics certification or other relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert).
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or other coding languages to help troubleshoot and enhance tagging and tracking implementations.
- Experience with other analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques, including segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling.
