The role will be based in our Gurgaon office, and candidates with relevant experience in Solidcam and CNC programming are encouraged to apply.

• Develop and implement CNC programs using Solidcam software for various machining operations.
• Collaborate closely with design engineers to ensure clarity and feasibility of designs for production.
• Analyze solid models or drawings to ascertain key product dimensions and manufacturing constraints.
• Conduct test runs of programs to verify accuracy and reliability, making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain and update records of programs and revisions to ensure traceability and documentation accuracy.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams regarding machining strategies and setup.
• Continuously evaluate machining processes, suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Candidates must have a solid understanding of Solidcam software for creating and optimizing CNC programs.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to create detailed machining processes.
• Extensive experience with multi-axis CNC machine programming is required for this role.
• A strong background in manufacturing processes, including knowledge of various materials and tooling techniques.
