Address customer care and sales inquiries, including complaint resolution, problem-solving, processing monetary transactions, liaising with logistics and payment gateway partners, and ensuring effective case resolution.
Maintain punctual customer response times, ensuring high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) results and quality standards. Assist with Customer Experience administrative tasks as required. Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners.
Uphold the company's reputation by acting as a brand ambassador at all times. What Skills Do You Need for the Role? Strong command of written and spoken English. Ability to handle challenging conversations and provide positive resolutions. Confidence, excellent listening skills, and strong diplomacy abilities.
