Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for:

Marketing Procurement :

• Procurement for marketing categories, including digital media, influencer collaborations, OOH, and large-scale events
• Identify and on-board key suppliers (e.g., digital platforms, advertising agencies, PR firms, event organizers, and celebrity management agencies)
• Lead contract negotiations with digital platforms, influencers, celebrity management firms, and event organizers
• Partner closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand business requirements and deliver procurement solutions that drive value and innovation
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to enhance the organization's marketing capabilities while maintaining a strong supplier diversity program
• Monitor and manage spending across marketing procurement categories
• Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark pricing and supplier capabilities

General Procurement :

• Manage procurement activities across various categories such as office supplies, IT equipment, professional services, and facilities management
• Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies and external regulations

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful candidate, you should:

• 10-14 years of hands-on procurement experience in marketing categories
• Strong expertise in digital media, influencer marketing, OOH, and large-scale events
• Knowledge of procurement tools and processes (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar)
• Ability to analyse market trends and optimize vendor selection

Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
