Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at ShipGlobal.in in New Delhi. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and providing technical support as needed.
Qualifications- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Online Support and Customer Service
- Logistics Operations knowledge is a must have
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of international shipping processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- The person should be good with query resolution on calls as well as on mails.
- Carrying 2-4 years experience into relevant field
