Steamax Envirocare provides end-to-end solutions to help industries reduce carbon emissions and manufacturing costs by transitioning to clean biomass fuels. We design technologies to convert industries from fossils to biomass, manage the biomass supply chain and provide operation and maintenance services.

1. Control Panel Design & Layout:
2. Develop detailed designs for electrical control panels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
3. Create and modify schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts to accurately represent connections and component placement.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to define panel dimensions, component arrangement, and wiring pathways for optimal functionality and space utilization.
5. Component Selection & Specification:
6. Identify and select appropriate components (relays, circuit breakers, switches, fuses, PLCs, etc.) based on project requirements.
7. Ensure all components are compatible and meet relevant technical specifications and safety standards.
8. Bill of Materials (BOM) Creation:
9. Develop and maintain an accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for each control panel project.
10. Ensure the BOM includes all necessary parts, quantities, and specifications to facilitate procurement and assembly.
11. Technical Documentation:
12. Prepare and organize technical documentation for each control panel, including wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and testing procedures.
13. Update documentation throughout the design and assembly process to reflect any changes or adjustments.
14. Wiring and Assembly Guidance:
15. Provide clear guidance and support to the wiring and assembly team to ensure accurate implementation of the design.
16. Address any questions from the assembly team regarding component connections, wiring routes, or safety protocols.
17. Quality Assurance & Testing:
18. Conduct design reviews to verify accuracy, compliance, and functionality before beginning the wiring process.
19. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to develop testing procedures and criteria to verify the control panel's performance and safety.
20. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
21. Assist in troubleshooting any design or wiring issues that arise during panel assembly and testing.
22. Make necessary design adjustments to resolve issues effectively and ensure the panel meets all functional and safety requirements.
23. Continuous Improvement:
24. Identify and recommend improvements to control panel design and assembly processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
25. Stay updated on industry trends, new technology, and standards related to control panel design.

1. Educational Background:
2. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
3. Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and significant control panel design experience can also be considered.
4. Technical Skills:
5. Proficiency in CAD software: Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or other industry-standard design tools for creating control panel schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
6. Knowledge of Electrical Standards: Familiarity with industry standards like IEC, NEC, or other applicable codes and regulations.
7. Understanding of Electrical Components: Knowledge of control panel components such as relays, circuit breakers, contactors, PLCs, and wiring.
8. Experience:
9. 2+ years of experience in electrical design, control panel design, or a related field is preferred, though fresh graduates with internship experience in electrical design can also be considered.
10. Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, component selection, and electrical calculations for control panels is a plus.
