Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our Repair/SMT Repair team. The role involves defect analysis, troubleshooting, and managing a team to ensure high-quality repair processes in mobile manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform L3 & L4 defect analysis on PCBA circuits and BGA replacements.

Achieve production targets and minimize scrap rates.

Train and lead a team of over 100 repair technicians.

Maintain technical documentation and create monthly reports.

Ensure efficient and accurate repair processes, using various electronic instruments.

Key Skills:

Expertisein soldering/de-soldering andPCBA troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of electronics and mobile circuit diagrams.

Proficientin Excel and data analysis.

Familiarwith repair maintenance software.
