Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to inform business development strategies.
• Represent InternX at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or graduated.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the technology industry and emerging trends is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: 18,000.00 per month
