We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and will be responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and ensure quality standards.
Responsibilities- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to evaluate new technologies and approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop process documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during process development and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in process engineering or a related role.
- Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
