Handle pricing negotiations and contract finalization.
Client Relationship Management Develop strong business relationships with new and existing international clients.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Sales Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends.
Collaborate with management to create sales strategies based on international demand.
Logistics & Compliance Handling Coordinate with the supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, payment methods, and shipping regulations.
Manage documentation related to export, invoicing, and payment processing.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on global trade policies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Analyze pricing, demand fluctuations, and regional market preferences.
