Job Description:

• Collaborate with business users and IT architects to understand the Lennox IT landscape and ongoing technical changes, proposing effective test strategies for various SAP cloud-based projects, including implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to identify requirement gaps and develop a Requirements Traceability Matrix (End-to-End Test Matrix).
• Plan, develop, and execute a mix of manual and automated test scripts for systems integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing, alongside junior team members.
• Generate and present testing status reports and key metrics to stakeholders and IT management.

Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP testing, including systems integration testing with ECC and other integrated systems.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module, such as Finance & Controlling (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), or Production Planning (PP), with expertise in designing effective test scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, including the ability to design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks using Worksoft Certify.
• Experience integrating Worksoft Certify with CI/CD tools for continuous testing.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or HP ALM.
